December 5 Razumovsky's MSUTU (Omsky Biocluster member) became the venue for the two-day conference Theoretical and Pragmatic Aspects of the Formation of Personality in the Educational Space. Its organizer is the Institute for Social and Humanitarian Technologies. The conference was attended by over 100 people.

Welcoming remarks to the conference were addressed by the General Advisor to the Federation of Rectors of Russian and Arab Universities of the Russian Federation and Arab countries, Chairman of the National Arab-Russian Association in Russia Samakha Bashir. He wished success to the conference participants and spoke about the need for an international collaboration of universities on the basis of equality in order to achieve common goals in the educational process. "The Arab world has always seen in Russia an honest reliable partner and friend. The friendly relations between Russia and the Arab countries are based on mutual sympathy, trust and consideration of the interests of countries," S. Bashir noted.

The conference continued with a speech by Valery Chinkov, member of the Expert Council on Education of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. He reminded the audience about the goals and objectives stated in the Education National Project:

"The Russian Federation, according to the project, should be among the ten best countries in the world in terms of the quality of general education, as well as educate a harmoniously developed and socially responsible person on the basis of spiritual and moral values."
