Miratorg Agribusiness Holding, one of the leading meat producers in the Russian Federation, became the owner of two companies of RAV Agro Holding in Oryol region (RAV Agro-Orel and LB Orel).
The main assets of the acquired companies are land areas. Miratorg plans to grow cereals and legumes on these lands, which will allow the company to expand the raw material base for its enterprises in the region. Miratorg received the Federal Antimonopoly Service permission to purchase these assets in the autumn of 2018.
