Veterinarians summed up the January results

In January, 382 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 1041 tests were conducted.

 

As a result, experts identified 12 cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements. Salmonella was contained in 5 samples of poultry meat. An excess of total bacterial contamination (KMAFAnM) was revealed in the sample of meat products. Bacteria of the Escherichia coli group were found in another sample of meat products and in three samples of washes from technological equipment. An excess of the E. coli group index was detected in 2 soil samples.
