Prodo Tyumensky Broiler mounted cutlet production lines

Prodo Tyumensky Broiler Poultry Farm (one of the largest agricultural companies of the Tyumen region) continues technical re-equipment. Two lines for the production of cutlets have been mounted and have begun work, according to the website of the Tyumen region administration.

"The capacity is quite large - up to 170 tons per month," poultry farm director Oksana Velichko says. "This is a relatively new direction for us, so there is a significant increase in the Tyumensky Broiler assortment. The simplicity and speed of cooking is one of the main trends in the food market now. That is why the production of chopped semi-finished products becomes a priority in the development of the company."

In the spring, a poultry plant will be installed on a packing machine, which will increase the shelf life of meatballs and minced meat up to ten days chilled. "Automation of production is the imperative of time for all large enterprises. It is the only way it can withstand competition. But automation does not mean job cuts. We open new areas of activity and the need for specialists is constantly. Moreover, three more new poultry houses will be commissioned soon," Oksana Velichko noted.
