On June 1, Andrei Vizmintinov, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Omsky Biocluster StartUpAcademia, conducted training with residents of the OmSAU business incubator (Omsky Biocluster memeber) as part of the Network Educational Intensive University NTI 20.35 in Omsk.
The essence of the project is to develop an innovative dressing coating, which can significantly reduce the healing period of burn wounds in humans and animals. For successful promotion of the idea, the team prepared a business model, which was subjected to constructive criticism from the expert.
Andrey Vizmintinov did not limit himself to identifying the weaknesses of the business model; jointly, the project team found growth points. Promotion of other biotechnologies requires not only a competent scientific substantiation, but also a detailed study of economic efficiency. As a result, team members worked on the presentation skills of the business model of the project. They also received competencies in the field of project management, taking into account international requirements for obtaining grant support.
Two weeks left before the presentation at the regional competition for the Smart Bint project (the team is organized by the associate professor of the Department of Food and Food Biotechnology of the Omsk State Agrarian University, Natalia Pogorelova). We wish the team success!
