On September 10, the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Omsky Biocluster member), in order to promote the development of entrepreneurial activity, held a training seminar for SMEs on the topic 'All About Procurement'. The seminar was organized with financial support from the Omsk Regional Fund for the SMEs Support and Development.
The speaker at the seminar was Vadim Umnyashkin, a representative of the RTS-Tender electronic platform in the Omsk region. The event was attended by representatives of more than 20 SMEs of Omsk in various sectors. The expert presented an overview of the latest legislative changes that entered into force on July 1, 2019, examined the features of participation in procurement using the current legislation, and introduced the audience to the working procedures in the electronic store in Omsk and the Omsk region.
