In September, 620 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 1515 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified 61 non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
Pathogenic microorganisms (listeria) were found in seven samples of meat products. Three samples of semi-finished products from poultry meat contained pathogenic microorganisms (salmonella). Staphylococcus aureus was found in cottage cheese, and samples of meat products and salmon caviar contained sulfite-reducing clostridia. Exceeding the total viable count was detected in two samples of raw cow's milk and five samples of meat products. E. coli bacteria were found in four samples of meat products, and the pathogen of opisthorchiasis was found in the bream. 31 soil samples exceeded the permissible E. coli bacteria index; five soil samples exceeded the enterococcus index.
