Russian Agricultural Bank (Omsk branch is a member of Omsky Biocluster) was the first of the banks in 2018 to prepare and sent to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia a register of potential borrowers under the state mechanism of concessional lending. The total amount of declared loans was about 53 billion rubles ($ 917.27 million). The funds are planned to be used for various purposes related to the current activities of agricultural enterprises.
RusAg is a key participant in the mechanism of concessional lending, implemented with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. By the end of 2017, agrarian companies were granted about 211 billion rubles ($ 3.65 billion), several thousands of borrowers from various regions of the country used the support of RusAg. The first to start a new stage of the program, RusAg confirms its leadership in the credit and financial services of the agro-industrial complex and the implementation of state policy in the field of agriculture.
