OmSAU conducted training for personnel reserve

On April 8 - 9, the Omsk State Agrarian University (Omsky Biocluster member) conducted trainings aimed at developing personal communications for managers, as well as at team building and increasing motivation. Trainings are held in accordance with the plan for the preparation of the administrative personnel reserve in 2019.

 

The trainings were conducted by Natalya Grushko, Ph.D. in psychology, a practical psychologist, an associate professor at the Department of Social Psychology at Dostoevsky's Omsk State University, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Psychological Sciences. The trainings combined various forms of work: group discussion, brainstorming, role-playing games, diagnostic and developmental games, test methods, case studies and exercises, practicing skills and techniques in a micro-group.

 

The first training ('personal communication technology') allowed managers to learn about the psychotechnicians of oratorical skills, managing the audience attention, and practiced the ability to master the voice magic. Participants learned the skills to negotiate, persuade and find joint solutions with colleagues and employees. Corporate training in team building and increasing motivation allowed managers to discuss the rules for comfortable teamwork. Natalya Grushko showed psycho-technicians to create a harmonious interaction in a team, the participants practiced in their use in mini-groups.
