July 10, LLC SIBAGROCOMPLEX-BIO LLC (Omsky Biocluster member) became the venue for the 38th regional competition of operators on artificial insemination of animals. The participants of the regional competition were 22 people from 22 districts of the region. The competition goal is to increase the value of the professional skill of the operators on artificial insemination of animals.
The event was opened by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk region Olga Gromenko. The competition consisted of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part was to test the knowledge of specialists in this profession on the issues of artificial insemination of animals in the form of testing. The practical part contained the task for operators to correctly prepare solutions for thawing the seed of animals, prepare tools and animals for artificial insemination, as well as process tools after insemination, fold them in storage and remove the artificial insemination point. Artificial insemination operators were required to correctly follow the process technology. All indicators, starting with the appearance (the presence of a cap and gown), and ending with movements accuracy in the process of insemination of animals, were important for the final assessment.
According to the results of the competition, Lyudmila Telyatnikova from the Lider LLC (Bolsherechensky district) won an absolute victory among the operators on the artificial insemination of animals.
Awarding special prizes to participants from WWS Russia, the partner of the event, was one of the pleasant moments, the reason is the introduction of a new nomination 'The Best Specialist in Livestock'. Other sponsors of the event joined this idea: Moskovskoye JSC (cattle breeding), Venera-Vet LLC, Veles Trade House, SIBAGROCOMPLEX-BIO LLC. All the winners and participants of the regional competition of operators on artificial insemination of animals received valuable prizes from the sponsors of the event.
