In October, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 752 samples, with which 2,102 tests were carried out. As a result, specialists identified 12 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
A sample of cottage cheese contained bacteria of the E. coli group. Insufficient content of lactic acid microorganisms was also found in the sample. In addition, this sample had poor organoleptic characteristics (taste and smell). Coliform bacteria were detected in the tap water sample. Two air samples contained excess molds. Penicillin antibiotics were found in a milk sample. Five soil samples did not meet the requirements of regulatory documents for exceeding the E. coli group index.
