Omsky Biocluster at the Kuzbass Agro-Industrial Forum

December 5-7, Kemerovo hosted the Kuzbass agro-industrial forum. This year more than 500 delegates from the Kemerovo region, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, representatives of companies from South Korea and Denmark took part in it. 15 organizations demonstrated the equipment and technology exposition for agriculture, food and processing industries. More than 30 producers participated in the fair of fresh products. More than 50 organizations took part in the competition program of the forum.

 

Participation in the forum was adopted by SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group (member of Omsky Biocluster). One of the main tasks is the development of interregional cooperation, the establishment of links between the Agro-Industrial Сluster of Kemerovo Region and Agrobiotechnological Industrial Cluster of Omsk Region. Working meetings of Omsky Biocluster leadership with the head of the Department of Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kemerovo region Dmitry Inozemtsev and the Director of the Agro-Industrial Forum, the Executive Secretary of the Council of Agro-Industrial Cluster of Kemerovo Region, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Innovative Work of Kemerovo State Agricultural Institute Ekaterina Izhmulkina were held.

 

Head of Omsky Biocluster's 'Genetics and Breeding of Cattle Practice' Anatoly Shulakov took an active part in the business program of the forum, which included, inter alia, the issues of strengthening interregional cooperation.

 

Within the activities of the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering, the following events took place in the agro-industrial complex: a two-day practical-oriented seminar 'Artificial Insemination of Animals', a workshop and individual consultations for breeders, as well as a lecture on modern technologies and regulatory requirements for the organization of artificial insemination as part of the training of specialists in reproduction conducted by Kemerovo State Agricultural Institute.

 

The management of Agro-Industrial Cluster of Kemerovo Region noted a significant contribution to the development of interaction between the Siberian regions of SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group, which for several years continues to be a reliable partner in carrying out activities to improve the skills of specialists in the field of artificial insemination. The plans include the development of cooperation to organize and conduct district and regional stages of the contest for the best artificial insemination operator in Kemerovo region. As a result of the event, SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group was awarded the Golden Spike and the diploma of the Kuzbass agroforum.
