The Government of the Russian Federation approved a draft scientific and technical program of the Union State of Russia and Belarus in the production and effective use of biosafety feed for livestock and aquaculture. Such an order No. 2710-r of December 5, 2017 was signed by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the government press service reported.
The program provides for the development of innovative energy-saving technologies and sets of equipment for the production of easily digestible concentrate based on local grain raw materials for young animals, as well as for adapting the created hydrothermal technologies and a set of technological equipment for the production of mixed fodders using biogas obtained from processing livestock complex wastes. In total, six innovative technologies are planned to be developed and six prototype sets of equipment will be created.
The program is planned to be implemented from 2018 to 2021.
