President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, following a meeting with the co-chairman of the All-Russian public organization Business Russia, Alexey Repik, held on November 7, 2018, approved a list of instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation.
In particular, the Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to implement a pilot project in order to ensure stable conditions in the provision of state support to producers of goods (works, services), including SMEs implementing investment projects with implementation dates beyond the fiscal year. The pilot project should provide, firstly, the conclusion of an agreement with the product manufacturer that is valid for the entire duration of the investment project, and secondly, the creation of mechanisms aimed at preventing a decline in government support in the event that the manufacturer fulfills the conditions for its provision.
