The Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) over the past week carried out 72 samples of washes from technological equipment.
30 samples were tested for the presence of E. coli bacteria, 34 samples were tested for the total microbial number and the presence of salmonella, eight samples for the presence of Listeria. All samples have been tested and meet the requirements of regulatory documents: "Instructions on the procedure and frequency of monitoring the content of microbiological and chemical pollutants in meat, poultry, eggs and their processed products" and "Laboratory diagnosis of salmonellosis, the detection of salmonella in foods and environmental objects."
