In the second half of April, the Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Fodder and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 283 samples with which 1260 studies were conducted. As a result, five samples of inappropriate regulatory documentation were identified.
One sample of butter did not meet the standards for most indicators (inconsistencies in fatty acid composition, fat and moisture content, presence of phytosterols). Two samples of cheese actually contained a mass fraction of fat that did not correspond to the declared one. Similar violations of regulatory documents were identified in two samples of cottage cheese.
