RusAg will finance preferential loans

Russian Agricultural Bank JSC (Omsk branch is a member of Omsky Biocluster) signed a general agreement with Russian Export Center JSC aimed at expanding the credit support of non-primary exporters. The document says the Bank is provided with compensation payments from the federal budget to subsidize interest rates on export credits.

The status of an authorized bank allows RusAg to issue credit resources to exporters, buyers of their products and partner banks financing the purchase of Russian products at reduced rates. The size of the limit financing for one export project is 15bn RUR ($ 224.19m), while implementing projects to organize export-oriented production - 30bn RUR ($ 448.38m).

This activity is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of Russian Federation of May 25, 2017 No. 620. The Bank's participation in the program will contribute to the realization of the export potential of Russian producers, including farmers, and to promote the competitiveness of domestic products in international markets.
