The Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (RSMB Corporation JSC) intends to support investment projects of small and medium-sized businesses in the sphere of processing agricultural products. Support will be in preferential leasing of equipment for processing agricultural raw materials. For this purpose, the corporation has already established two companies with a budget of 2 billion rubles ($ 33.81 million) each.
Domestic equipment will be available for leasing at a rate of 6 percent, import equipment at a rate of 8 percent. The Corporation plans to create two more leasing companies next year.
