The expert veterinary laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Center is a member of Omsky Biocluster) received 75 samples in January, with which 240 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 9 inconsistencies in regulatory documentation.
Excess of total bacterial contamination was found in four samples of dairy products and a sample of bakery products. Pathogenic microorganisms (listeria) are found in a sample of beef meat. Also this sample did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation for organoleptic indicators.
