The Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Omsky Biocluster member) received the status of an examination site of the Center for Qualification Assessment of the Council on Professional Qualifications for Commercial, Foreign Trade and Sectoral Business and Economic Activities of the Russian CCI (Certificate of Conformity 55.002).
From July 1, 2016, a system of professional standards began to operate in the Russian Federation, the use of which, in some cases, becomes mandatory and does not depend on the form of ownership of the organization or the status of the employer. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the transition to the use of professional standards should be phased, it will be completed in 2019. To confirm the compliance of staff qualifications, an independent qualification assessment procedure has been introduced. It is conducted in the form of an exam with the use of appraisal tools, which are a complex of theoretical and practical tasks.
The Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry is entitled to take exams for compliance with the professional standards 'Procurement Specialist', 'Procurement Expert', 'Labor Safety Specialist'. "The creation of our examination site in Omsk will ensure that examinations are conducted within the framework of independent qualification assessment procedures, without leaving the region," said Olga Fedulova, President of the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
