Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan want to sell agricultural equipment in Russia

Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan plan to begin jointly organizing the supply to Russia of modern agricultural equipment of joint production. This was discussed during the talks held on February 12 in Tashkent by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the two countries, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan said.

 

They also discussed a set of issues of mutual trade in agricultural products by the countries, in particular, the organization of deliveries of beef to Uzbekistan from Kyrgyzstan. The parties reviewed the current status of implementation of joint projects in engineering, livestock, seed production, etc. "We would like to effectively use the competitive advantages of our countries in the development of the agro-industry of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan," said the Minister of Agriculture of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khojaev after the talks.
