June 14, the Interregional Conference 'Innovative Approach to Creating Highly Productive Herds of Cattle in Western Siberia' was held on the site of SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group (member of Omsky Biocluster). The event was organized on the initiative of SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group within the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering activity, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Omsk region and Agrobiotechnological Industrial Cluster of Omsk Region.
Experts and scientists from Moscow, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Tomsk and Novosibirsk were invited to discuss the current problems of livestock development in the present-day conditions. The speakers spoke about the main trends in the development of dairy cattle in the world, the experience of implementing foreign technologies in Russia, the conditions for creating a competitive domestic breeding base, increasing the economic efficiency of reproduction and innovative approaches in feeding highly productive animals.
Specialists from Omsk, Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions had the opportunity to get consultations on breeding issues from experts from other regions, prevent and treat various diseases, reproduce and feed, attend a master class on the prevention of hoof diseases, get acquainted in practice with the author's method of processing, using specialized equipment and measures for organizing the work of veterinary service specialists.
