Ekoniva Group (Stefan Dürr) plans to build seven more livestock farms in Voronezh region by the end of the year. This was stated by the businessman himself, www.abireg.ru writes. The company, which is the European leader in the production of raw milk, is developing dairy farming in Russia.
According to Mr. Dürr, dairy farms in Peskovatka, Petropavlovka and Staraya Chigla settlements (Bobrovsky, Liskinsky and Anninsky districts) are now 'Well-Prepared'. Their opening is scheduled for the first half of the year. Until the end of 2019, Ekoniva plans to build four more facilities in Nikolsky, Buturlinovka, Maryino. We are talking about standard dairy complexes for 2.8K heads each. Stefan Dürr said that now Ekoniva ranks first in Europe and seventh in the world in the ranking of leaders in the raw milk production (only three American and three Chinese producers are ahead). In the future, the company plans to produce 3.5K tons of raw milk per day. Ekoniva is aimed at leading the production of milk, and in 2019 it is going, if possible, to purchase 30-40K hectares of agricultural land in Voronezh region.
Ekoniva Group includes Ekoniva-APK Holding LLC (dairy and beef cattle breeding, plant growing and seed production) and EkonivaTekhnika-Holding LLC (supply of imported agricultural equipment, service, spares). The company operates in 10 regions: Voronezh, Moscow, Kursk, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Tyumen, Ryazan and Kaluga regions, in the republics of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan. For 2017, Ekoniva produced 297M liters of milk. The total area of farmland is 480K hectares. The total livestock is 105K heads of cattle.
