The Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received three cheese samples as part of the production control of the enterprise.
The samples were tested for microbiological parameters. The results are negative. Samples comply with the requirements of Technical Regulation 033/2013 "The Safety of Milk and Dairy Products".
