In the first half of February, 128 samples were delivered to the Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feeds and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (member of Omsky Biocluster). 1323 tests were carried out with them, 7 positive results were revealed.
Four samples of dairy products (two samples of butter, samples of cheese and cottage cheese) did not meet the requirements of the regulatory documentation for the content of milk fat and sterols. Three samples of grain crops did not meet the standards for the content of weed impurities and organoleptic indicators.
