From February 27 to March 1, the Russian Industrial Forum was held in Ufa, which united specialized exhibitions 'Machine Building', 'Machine Tool Building', 'Woodworking', 'Means of Protection' and 'Innovation Potential of Ufa'. Scientists - academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences presented their opinion on the problems of development of domestic industry at the Forum.
Omsk Experimental Plant FSUE (OEZ, member of Omsky Biocluster) as a part of the Omsk delegation took an active part in panel discussions 'Large and Small Business: Cooperation and Growth Points' and 'Effective Tools to Support and Develop Industrial Enterprises'. OEZ representatives held meetings with agricultural producers of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Director of the Omsk Experimental Plant Dmitry Golovanov noted the importance of interregional cooperation of Omsk region and the Republic of Bashkortostan:
"Bashkortostan has a sufficiently strong agricultural sector. The plant's products have been successfully operating in the republic's farms for several years. We hope that our latest developments will interest Bashkir agrarians and will also effectively help them achieve high results."
