Since March 1, the Finnish dairy company Valio has forbidden its suppliers to use soy in feed for cows and calves, reports Topagrar.com.
The company reports that the impact of soybeans on the environment is not positive. VALIO believes that rapeseed is the best alternative to soybeans, as rape provides an optimal balance of nutrients for dairy cows.
