The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received new Digester equipment from three devices for sample preparation.
The representative of the service organization carried out commissioning and training of laboratory specialists in the rules and methods of working with new equipment. The new complex allows for almost automatic preparation of several samples of food products at once when determining the mass fraction of protein. Automation of the process will increase the reproducibility of sample preparation conditions and, as a result, the analysis accuracy.
