For the first 9 months of this year in Russia, 4.2 million tons of unrefined sunflower oil and its fractions were produced, which is 11.7% more than the same period a year earlier. This was reported by Rosstat.
At the same time, during the reporting period, a decrease in the production of wheat and wheat-rye flour was recorded by 0.9% - to 6.2 million tons, bakery products of short-term storage - by 1.5%, to 4.1 million tons, margarines - by 3.8%, to 314,000 tons, confectionery - by 3%, to 2.8 million tons.
As for livestock products, in January-September there was an increase in production volumes of almost all of its main types, incl. meat and by-products of cattle, pigs, sheep and other animals - by 11.6%, to 2.2 million tons, sausages - by 3.4%, to 1.8 million tons, milk (except raw) - by 0, 7%, to 4 million tons, butter - by 6.4%, to 218,000 tons, cheeses - by 6.1%, to 425,000 tons.
The only livestock position, according to which a decrease in output was recorded, is meat and by-products of edible poultry - 3.6 million tons (-0.2%).
