Dmitry Romanenko, Chairman of the Omsky Biocluster Board, met with the leadership of the Ecologycal Faculty of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University). The meeting took place as part of interaction on the issues of ensuring a scientific approach to the work carried out by the Omsky Biocluster to reduce the load on the environment by industrial enterprises.
On the part of RUDN University, the meeting was attended by Director of the International Institute for Strategic Development of Sectoral Economics of RUDN University, Dean of the Ecologycal Faculty of RUDN University Elena Savenkova and Director of the Rural Urban Framework Center of RUDN University, Deputy Dean Dmitry Kucher. The parties discussed issues of environmental education in the Russian Federation, regulatory support of industrial greening processes, problems of introducing the best available technologies that reduce the burden on the environment.

Our team is grateful to the Committee for Nature Management and Ecology of the Russian CCI for the opportunity to share with colleagues and the public the Omsky Biocluster experience in creating and promoting environmental initiatives. We met our partners and like-minded people in the person of the Ecologycal Faculty of the RUDN University. The serious scientific base of RUDN University will ensure the quality of the environmental standards of companies and territories being developed today as mechanisms for improving the quality of life of the population and for the realization of the constitutional rights of citizens to a favorable environment."
