In September, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 28 samples of washes as part of the production control of enterprises.
All samples have been tested for the bacteria of the E. coli group indicator and meet the requirements of the guidelines for sanitary and bacteriological control at catering and food trade enterprises.
