November 15, the President of Omsk CCI, Tatyana Khoroshavina, held a meeting with the delegation of the Hungarian Republic, headed by the Consul General in Yekaterinburg, Szergej Szűcs.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of establishing and developing business contacts, studying the economic and investment potential of Omsk region and Omsk, discussing opportunities for cooperation in business between Hungary and Omsk region. President of Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tatyana Khoroshavina (Omsk CCI is a member of Omsky Biocluster) noted the long-term cooperation of Omsk region with Hungary through Chamber of Commerce and Industry:
- The Omsk region has long-standing partnerships with authorities, enterprises and institutions of development of the Republic of Hungary. Many of them are sold through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I can give priority to the implementation of joint projects in the agro-industrial complex, as well as the creation of joint ventures in the food and processing industry. My colleagues and I will continue organizing mutual business visits and trade and economic missions.
Consul General Szergej Szűcs noted the progressive development of Russian-Hungarian cooperation, the importance of bilateral contacts with Russian regions.
