Omsk Agroindustry: Adaptation of Students in the Labor Market

April 11, Omsk State Agrarian University (member of Omsky Biocluster) held a seminar "Career lift" for students, trained in the 'Operation of Transport and Technical Machines and Complexes.' The seminar was held within the framework of the contest for the best event, which facilitates the employment of graduates at the Faculty of Technical Service in the agro-industry.

 

In the course of the event, the representative of the employer, the director of the Semirechenskaya Basa Snabzheniya Company, Anatoly Stepanenko, told the future graduates of the faculty about the specifics of the activities of his company, plans for development and improvement of work in modern conditions, introduced participants in detail to the working conditions and requirements for employees.

 

Vasilina Kolesnikova, the head of the Staff Department of the Semirechenskaya Basa Snabzheniya Company, introduced the open vacancies of the enterprise to the students, told what they primarily pay attention to when working for graduates in this organization, answered the students' questions about the combination of work and training in the magistracy. The recruiting manager Olga Nikolaychuk discussed with the participants of the seminar the opportunities for practice in the organization, gave valuable advice on adaptation in the labor market in the field of agro-industry.
