September 1 - 15, 309 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 817 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified five cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
Two samples of raw cow's milk contained an increased total microbial count. Exceeding the total microbial count and the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria was found in a beef sample. One soil sample also exceeded the Escherichia coli bacteria index.
