The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Animal and Plant Products, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 382 samples for the first half of December, with which 3655 tests were conducted. As a result, four samples were found that did not comply with the regulatory documentation.
Small deviations from the standard values for the mass fractions of fat and moisture were found in a sample of butter. A sample of sunflower meal experts contained an increased amount of fat against a background of very low protein content. Samples of barley and chickpeas were characterized by high humidity, chickpeas contained an increased amount of grain impurities.
