2018 is declared in Omsk region a year of fertility. As a consequence, the requirements for agricultural producers on the quality of soils and the observance of technology for cultivating agricultural crops, as well as for the agrochemical service of Omsk region are growing.
With the soil readiness, experts of Agrochemical Service Center Omsky FSBI (member of Omsky Biocluster) have begun selection of soil samples from agricultural producers, an agrochemical survey of soils has been carried out on pre-paid contracts, and on May 14, 40,937 HA in 18 farms have been inspected, the work continues.
Director of Agrochemical Service Center Omsky Vladimir Krasnitsky:
"The sowing campaign in Omsk region in 2018 is late. It is all the more important for the farms to have reliable information about the soil in order to work point by point to the final result. The effectiveness of farming begins with soil research. These are small costs that significantly affect the yield."
