Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev.
From 1999 to 2002 Dmitry Patrushev worked in the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. In 2004, he joined the Bank for Foreign Trade (since March 1, 2007, VTB Bank OJSC). Since 2007, he held the position of senior vice-president of the bank. Since May 26, 2010 - Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Supervisory Board of Russian Agricultural Bank (Omsk branch is member of Omsky Biocluster).
