The Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received nine samples of poultry meat for research as part of the state task on safety indicators.
All chicken meat samples contained antimicrobial drugs of the quinolone group (detection by screening method). To confirm the results, the samples were sent to the Russian State Center for Animal Feed and Drug Standardization and Quality for testing by the arbitration HPLC / MS method.
