Omsk veterinarians found 65 violations

October 1 - 15, 457 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 1840 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified 65 cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Pathogenic microorganisms (Listeria) were found in eight samples of meat products. Salmon roe contained an increased amount of total microbial count. The sample of meat products contained an increased amount of total microbial count, and also bacteria of the E. coli group and sulfite-reducing clostridia were found. Sulfite-reducing clostridia were also found in the fish sample. A high E. coli group index was recorded in 38 soil samples, and a high enterococcus index was recorded in 14 soil samples.
