The first half of February: Omsk veterinarians found 18 violations

February 1 - 15, the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 156 samples, with which 477 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified 18 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.

Pathogens (Listeria) are found in three samples of poultry meat. Five samples of swabs from the process equipment did not meet the requirements of the regulatory documentation on the presence of E. coli bacteria. Four air samples from cold stores contained an increased amount of mold. One sample of beef meat was not tested for freshness (appearance and color of the surface, smell, texture, state of the muscles on the cut, the presence of a large number of sticks and cocci in the smear - more than 30 in sight).
