On March 13 - 15, the AgroWorld Uzbekistan 2019 international agro-industrial exhibition was held in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. The industry experts consider the exhibition to be the main meeting point for the farmers of Uzbekistan with world manufacturers and suppliers. The forum was represented by companies from 17 countries of the world. Omsky Biocluster at the event was presented Omsk Experimental Plant FSUE.
The exhibition was attended by a large number of companies engaged in the production of agricultural machinery, as well as equipment for animal husbandry and processing of grain crops. In addition, the exhibition was also attended by official dealers of leading foreign companies.
Omsk companies took an active part at the stand of the Omsk region, organized and prepared by the Omsk Region Export Support Centre. Omsk Experimental Plant FSUE and its dealer, Basis company, presented at the stand information about the company's products. Omsk Experimental Plant Director Dmitry Golovanov presented the company's innovations to visitors of the exhibition. Dmitry Golovanov at a meeting with the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shukhrat Teshaev spoke about the technologies offered to farmers of Uzbekistan. Of particular interest to the industry leader was the selection technique and equipment produced by the plant. He said that at the moment a project on the development of breeding and seed production is being launched in the republic, and one cannot do without high-quality reliable equipment. Considerable interest was caused by the SOWER sowing units and Stepnyak cultivators. According to the results of the meetings and negotiations, preliminary orders were received for the Omsk Experimental Plant products.
