In April, the Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 338 samples.
1813 studies were conducted with the presented samples, as a result of which 9 positive samples were revealed. Two samples of dairy products did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation on fatty acid composition. Four samples of grain and oilseeds in terms of quality did not meet the standards for smell, impurity and contamination by pests. Excess infection by pests was detected in one sample of feed barley. Two samples of oilcake did not pass control on the content of crude fat.
