Omsk: dangerous beef detected

The Expert Veterinary Laboratory of Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) from 1 to 14 September received 132 samples. 432 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified 14 inconsistencies in regulatory documentation.

 

One sample of semi-finished meat products contained pathogenic microorganisms - listeria, and three samples of beef contained bacteria of the Escherichia coli group. Excess of total bacterial contamination was found in six samples of beef meat. Excess of the number of molds is revealed in two samples of semi-finished meat products. Two samples of washings from the process equipment contained bacteria of the Escherichia coli group.
