On March 1 - 15, 88 samples were sent to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster Member), with which 268 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified five cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
Three samples of poultry meat contained pathogenic microorganisms - Listeria, one sample contained salmonella. One sample of beef meat did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation on freshness indicators - transparency and aroma of broth.
