The Veterinary Expert Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received three samples of frozen fish for parasitological and microbiological tests.
One sample was not tested for parasitological parameters. Experts found viable metacercaria trematodes, the causative agent of opisthorchiasis.
