The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 184 samples for the first half of June, with which 1107 studies were conducted. As a result, experts identified four samples that did not comply with regulatory documents.
Two samples of wheat were high in humidity. The mass fraction of fat was lower than that found in one sample of cottage cheese. The fatty acid mismatches are identified in the ice cream sample.
