August 17, Omsky Biocluster signed a cooperation agreement with the Kaliningrad Innovation and Technology Center. The agreement provides for the formation of a trans-regional virtual system support for young innovators.
Vitaly Aleshchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Omsky Biocluster, Vice-Rector for Science of Omsk State Agrarian University (member of Omsky Biocluster):
"In fact, this project is called upon to unite the efforts and resources of innovative start-up sites from several regions. In addition to Omsk and Kaliningrad, the Primorsky Territory and Moscow region will be in the same inno-system. The lack of specialized resources at a particular point at a particular time is one of the reasons that hinders the development of start-ups, our virtual communications will allow us to prepare and accompany projects regardless of the innovators location. The project is of a pilot nature, the results of the next year will allow us to assess its viability and relevance among innovators."
