November 1-17, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) received 80 samples, with which 262 tests were conducted.
As a result, experts identified nine inconsistencies in regulatory documentation. Excess of total bacterial contamination was found in two samples of meat semi-finished products and a sample of spices. Bacteria of the E. coli group (CGB) are found in samples of dairy products and spices. The excess amount of molds is identified in the spices. CGB were detected in the flushing from technological equipment. The excess of the CGB index is determined in two soil samples.
