February 1-14, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 392 samples as part of the production control.
The object of verification was food products intended for the production of ice cream. All samples have been tested and meet the requirements of the Customs Union Technical Regulations 'Food Safety' (microbiological indicators).
