Since the beginning of 2018, 103 samples of milk and dairy products have been submitted to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (member of Omsky Biocluster), with which 466 tests were conducted.
As a result, experts identified 17 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations. Bacteria of the E. coli group were found in 15 samples of dairy products. Two samples of raw cow milk did not meet the requirements of the standards for the safety of milk and dairy products. An antibiotic of the tetracycline group (oxytetracycline) is found in one milk sample, another milk sample contained an antibiotic of the penicillin group (cloxacillin). The results of the screening were confirmed by the arbitration method in All-Russian State Center for the Quality and Standardization of Medicines for Animals and Feeds FSBI.
